Boldness

To be brave

Bravery

Is in the eye of the beholder

The heart of the recipient

And the hands of the underserved

Finally seeing justice tilt her scales

Towards the cold and dying

Or so we were told

What if bravery

Is just as important to the farmer

As it is the seed?

Wouldn’t that inspire all of us

To be givers

More than doers

Freeing us to be the kings of our clouds

No longer slave to the mob

That tell us to hide
